MSPTM

Protecting and decorating building surfaces to a consistent standard and appearance could not be easier than with new Muralplast MSP, a unique Multi Surface Paint. MSP was specially developed to meet the needs of specifiers who wish to maintain a consistent appearance throughout a project, and professional decorators looking for the benefits of a one-product solution to the coating of all internal and external surfaces.

In fact, Muralplast MSP is not only suitable for all general building substrates but also for surfaces not normally able to take a coating without specialist extensive pre-treatment and priming. This makes MSP suitable for use on otherwise ''difficult' surfaces such as:

  • Plastic

  • Plastisol Cladding

  • Glass

  • Galvanised Surfaces:
Metal Decking, Mechanical Services and Ducting where 'blacking out' is required

  • Powder Coated Surfaces
needing a 'factory finish' such as Curtain Walling

Accelerated weather testing proves Muralplast MSP to have all the durability and weather resistant properties needed for use on the most exposed external surfaces.

Water-Based and Non-Hazardous

MSP is a unique water-based acrylic copolymer emulsion paint that is not harmful to health or the environment. Its 'go-anywhere' formulation means that it is fully VOC 2010 compliant and therefore low odour, making it suitable for use in 'sensitive' areas such as healthcare, education, catering and the like. It is also tough and scrub resistant enabling repeated cleaning to be carried out without the need for redecoration.

Tough Enough for Public Areas

Outstanding durability coupled with a Class O Spread of Flame rating, makes MSP particularly suited for use on surfaces in high traffic areas such as internal corridors, reception areas, lift lobbies and the like. Dependent on traffic and maintenance cycles, MSP's durability gives it a 10 -15 years life cycle.

Wide Choice of Colours and Finishes

Whatever the decor scheme, there is an MSP colour to suit. The range includes BS4800, RAL and metallics. Special colours and also be produced on request, subject to minimum quantity levels. Colours are available in a choice of gloss, satin and matt finishes.

Simple and Easy To Use

Supplied ready for use, MSP is quick and easy to apply using a brush, roller or spray (conventional or airless). It dries in 2 to 4 hours enabling work to continue with the minimum of delay. Tools can be cleaned in warm, soapy water.
