Muralplast has been used for a full shell and core decorations package for 5 Broadgate, a huge 700,000 sq ft (67,000 sq m) office building in the City of London, designed by the international architects Make for developers British Land and Blackstone and constructed by Mace.

The building is one of the largest office developments ever built in London. It is the new headquarters for financial services group UBS and is on the site previously occupied by 4 and 6 Broadgate. It is a major milestone in the development of the Broadgate business community.

A Lucas decorations team painted all the back of house areas including lobbies, corridors and staircases. We applied specialist resin coatings to plant room and basement floors, we used Muralplast multi surface paint for all metal stair rails and bannisters and we painted all the car parking areas.
